            [post_content] => Tasakaalustatud toitumine on hea tervise võti. Selle teadmisega ongi valminud Rakvere uued 50/50 köögiviljadega grillvorstid, milles on võrdselt liha ja köögivilju. Köögiviljasegus kasutasime porgandit, brokolit ja lillkapsast. Poolsuitsutatud grillvorstid on naturaalses seasooles ja lisaks tavapärastele vürtsidele lisasime maitsestamisel sinepit. Vähendasime soolasisaldust ja ei lisanud ühtegi E-ainet.

Kalkuni poolkoib röstitud sibulate ja rõõsa koorega

Madalal temperatuuril pikka aega küpsetatud kalkuni poolkoib on tõeliselt hõrk maiuspala linnulihasõpradele. Ülipehmele ja mahlasele lihale annavad maitset röstitud sibul, rõõsk koor ning pipar. Soojenda grillil või ahjus – ja valmis ta ongi.

Koostisosad

kalkuni poolkoib (76%), vesi, täielikult hüdrogeenitud taimne rasv, rapsiõli, röstitud sibul (2%), rõõsk koor (2%), sool, glükoosisiirup, vürtsid, suhkrud, hüdrolüüsitud taimne valk, lõhna- ja maitseained, happesuse regulaator: E451, stabilisaator: E452, pärmiekstrakt, paksendajad: E412, E415.

Võib sisaldada vähesel määral: nisu, sinepit, sellerit, soja.

Valmistamine

Enne kuumtöötlemist eemalda kilepakend.
Parima tulemuse jaoks küpseta liha 180 °C juures ca 40-45 minutit.
Küpseta toodet grilli keskmisel või grilli madalal temperatuuril kaanega kaetult ca 50 min, liha aeg-ajalt keerates ja pakendis oleva kastmega kastes. Kõige mahlasema tulemuse saad kui lased lihal peale grillimist fooliumi alla järelküpseda 5-10 minutit.
