Chorizo Extra Dulce on mõnusalt suitsune ja pisut hapuka maitsevarjundiga vorst, millele iseloomuliku ja eristuva punaka värvitooni annab paprika. Chorizo on valmistatud seaabalihast ja peekonist ning spetsiaalsetes tingimustes vähemalt 2 kuud vinnutatud. Jamón Serrano Bodega on õrnalt soolaka maitsega seatagaosast sink, mis on valmistatud rangelt reguleeritud traditsioonilise meetodi järgi ja vähemalt 9 kuud spetsiaalsetes kuivatuskappides hoitud. Imeõhukeste viilude vahel on läbipaistvad vahelehed, mis hõlbustavad viilude üksteisest eemaldamist. Mõnusa iseloomuliku maitse ning aroomiga vinnutatud sink sobib nii võileiva peale ja vahele, salatisse kui ka külmaks suupisteks.
